Welcome to Saint Mary’s Episcopal Church, Inverurie.
We are part of the Scottish Episcopal Church which is part of the worldwide Anglican Communion and are within the Diocese of Aberdeen and Orkney.
We are an inter-generational and family friendly church and you are welcome to come to any of our services. If you would like any more information please do not hesitate to get in touch.
St Mary’s has re-opened for in-person services which are subject to government guidance. Whilst the maximum number of people currently allowed at a service is 50, due to 2m social distancing guidance this means the maximum capacity at St Mary’s is approximately 30 people if family bubbles are allowed for. The actual number at any service will be less than this number.
We continue to offer Sunday Online at 1100 in addition to the Eucharist in Church.
Booking for the Sunday ‘in person’ service will be required in advance via Caroline on email@example.com. Joining details for the Zoom service can also be supplied if required.

The Scottish Episcopal Church will continue to broadcast video coverage of Eucharistic services on a Sunday at 11 am on its social media channels and YouTube channel. The web page for the broadcast is located at www.scotland.anglican.org/broadcast-sunday-worship
They also offer Children’s Chapel, a short online Worship for young children at 8 am on a Sunday morning that can be found on their Facebook page.
A midweek Eucharist in Church is also offered at 6 pm on a Thursday. This is a 30 minute celebration with no homily. Booking is not normally required for this service.

Midday Prayer on Zoom – from 12:30 to 1:00, please contact John for the Order or Service and joining details.
Coffee Morning on Zoom from 11 am to 12 noon. Joining details are available from the Secretary.

Messy Church: Currently suspended but activities can be found online. Usually on the 3rd Sunday of the month (not July) from 3:30 – 5:30 pm. Please check the Facebook page for the most up-to-date information.
Special Church: Currently suspended. Takes place in the St Mary’s Centre and runs 4 times a year, please get in touch for dates and times. It is specifically designed for families with teenagers and young adults with special needs.
